Returns are only accepted for malfunctioning, faulty, or product deemed unusable. All returns must request an RMA and prior approval before item return is authorized. RMA’s can be requested by contacting our customer support phone line, or by completing the contact form found on our website. MCSA, DBA mcsa-glassandmerchandise.com are not responsible for any duties or taxes associated with international shipments. All returned items must be returned in perfect, unused condition. Proper return information must be included. The package should contain your address, phone, contact name, email, address, and your items authorized return RMA information. Returns will be accepted for 5 days after delivery and are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
Refunds only apply to stock units. Units that are considered special order are non-refundable unless there are adequate reasoning and evidence that there may be a problem or fault with the unit. Refunds will not be issued until the return of purchased items in original, unused condition. No refunds will be given for missing items.
